Purchases

When you make a purchase, you are offering to buy the product for the price stated, subject to these terms. We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system.

Payment

Payment must be made at the time of placing your order using one of the payment methods listed on our website. You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours or that you are authorised to use it.

Right of Cancellation

You have the right to cancel your contract at any time up to 14 calendar days after the day on which you received the product(s) you ordered. Any paid delivery charge will be included in your refund once we have received all (not part) of your order to our return address: Swatton Barn, Badbury, Swindon, Wiltshire, SN4 0EU. Please note that your right to return products does NOT apply to tickets to events once the event has started.

Return Process

If you wish to cancel, you must inform us of your decision within the 14-day cancellation period. Please contact us by email at [email protected] or by phone at 08448488825 to initiate the return process. Your cancellation is effective from the date you send us the email or call us.

Refunds

Upon receiving your cancellation request within the 14-day cancellation period, we will refund you the price you paid for the goods, by the method you used for payment. However, we may make deductions from the price to reflect any reduction in the value of the goods, if this has been caused by your handling of the goods which would not be permitted in a shop. Please note that tickets to events are not refundable after the event has started.
