Terms and Conditions

The minimum age for attendance at the event is 11 (eleven) years of age. There is no maximum age. Any member of the ‘Urban Strides Dance Troupe’ may participate in this event regardless of age.

Payment for place(s) is only accepted by PayPal, cash or a cheque payable to URBAN STRIDES LTD

If you subsequently cancel your booking after payment has been received you will incur a cancellation fee of £80.00. No refunds are offered if you cancel your place within 7 working days of the event. No refunds are offered if your place is re-sold.

Urban Strides reserve the right to change the advertised instructor line up without prior notice.

We strongly suggest that you bring knee pads with you, and elbow pads if you have them to wear during the break dancing sessions

Urban Strides/BCUC/LIPA do not accept any responsibility for any accident or injury caused to individuals whilst making use of the venue during the workshop.

Urban Strides/BCUC/LIPA cannot accept responsibility for attendees prior to the registration time and after the end of the last session each day during the event.

Payment for the event does not include any food or drink. We recommend that each attendee brings sufficient food & drink with them each day.

Each participant is responsible for their personal belongings. Urban Strides/BCUC/LIPA do not accept any responsibility for loss of personal items during the event. We recommend that expensive items of jewellery are not brought to the workshop.

Urban Strides/BCUC/LIPA cannot accept responsibility for attendees prior to 9.30am/post 4.30pm each day during the event.

Appropriate dance attire should be worn each day, we do not recommend jeans.

The fire evacuation procedure will be notified to all attendees at the beginning of the event.

Unless permission has been granted prior to the event no parents/guardians/friends are permitted to remain with participants during the event. Signage will be displayed advertising the ‘drop off’ & ‘collection’ point for all attendees travelling to/from the venue by car.
